You and your partner may have different ways of expressing desire and expectations for intimacy. You want to find a resolution to the way that you and your partner argue and disagree. You want to address intimacy challenges in your relationship without fear or shame.
You may feel stuck in a cycle or undesired after rejection from intimacy. Perhaps you blame yourself for intimacy issues and want to meet your partner’s desires and expectations out of fear of losing them. You have a hard time connecting with your body and have not explored pleasure for your own self.
My approach
My approach focuses on building emotional safety and improving communication through so partners can cultivate trust, understanding, and deeper intimacy. Whether you're dealing with mismatched desire, disconnection, or past sexual wounds, my passion is helping people transform pain into pleasure and create relationships where they feel seen, safe, and fulfilled through somatic body and art-based practices.
With a collaborative approach, I help clients identify sexual blockages and build healthier intimacy. I’m kink-positive, and CNM-affirming. I am committed to creating safe and carefully crafted healing spaces for Black women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+ adults, and both traditional and non-traditional relationships. Let’s break the cycle together.
more about me
I’ve been teaching workshops in art, mental health, and sexual wellness for over 8 years. Writing has always been my first love. I grew up writing short stories, poetry, and reflections on the world around me. But it wasn’t until I moved to Madrid, Spain in 2016 that I expanded into visual arts. With more free time and space away from Chicago’s constant hustle, I began drawing, which naturally evolved into painting once I returned home. That creative spark led me to teach art classes for teens through programs like After School Matters and the University of Chicago.
At the same time, I launched my art business, Unladylike, where I began curating experiences that blended art, wellness, and community. From our popular cannabis-friendly Puff, Paint & Pass events to soulful meditation gatherings, I wanted to create spaces where people could heal, create, and connect.
My passion for this work eventually led me back to school, where I earned my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022 at Adler University. With advanced training through the Sexual Health Alliance, I specialize in helping individuals and couples address sexual and intimacy-related concerns with compassion, cultural awareness, and evidence-based care.
My Why
Having worked in community mental health, I saw firsthand how the lack of comprehensive sex education, harmful sexual messaging, and relationship struggles deeply affected marginalized communities. I felt called to bridge that gap. I’m deeply committed to communal healing and to creating aesthetically pleasing, affirming spaces and retreats.
I live by the philosophy, “practice what you preach.” Every tool I share is something I’ve lived through myself. I’ve done the inner work to untangle internalized messages about sex, rewriting my own story to honor my truth. I encourage clients to find their authentic voice, to be loud, and to take up space. I use somatic practices to heal from the struggles I’ve faced. When burnout hits, I prioritize rest and self-care. And even in the darkest times, I seek joy, laughter, and community.
