Reclaim The Love Within:
An intimate Healing Circle for Black Women
Reclaim The Love Within is a 6-week virtual therapeutic support group for Black millennial women who are experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, or compassion fatigue and are ready for a different way of living. It is for women who struggle with saying no, people-pleasing, or carrying too much responsibility, and who desire healthier habits, clearer boundaries, and more fulfilling relationships. This space welcomes those who want to explore attachment styles, parent wounds, and recurring relational patterns, while also healing internalized messages around sexuality, body image, colorism, and texturism. Above all, it is for women seeking a softer, more sustainable way of moving through life—without guilt, and in community.
This group intentionally integrates CBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, somatic therapy, sexual health/therapeutic frameworks, and creative expression to support physical, mental, emotional, and relational well-being.

What’s included in Group
weekly sessions
Our 90-minute weekly sessions are held virtually for accessibility and convenience, with select opportunities for in-person gatherings to deepen connection and community.
No Filter Self-guided Journal
Each participant receives a copy of the No Filter self-guided journal, tools to track your growth, reflect deeply, and continue your healing journey beyond our sessions.
Building Community
This circle is rooted in community and connection. Over six weeks, participants will build trust, share stories, and support one another in real time as we practice rest, boundaries, and self-reclamation. To honor the journey, the group will conclude with an optional in-person gathering to deepen connection and celebrate together. Details to be determined.

This is a closed, intentional group experience. To protect trust and continuity, participants are expected to commit to the full six-week program. This structure allows relationships to deepen, conversations to build over time, and healing to unfold in a consistent, supportive container.
This virtual group is only offered to Illinois and Nevada residents at this time due to state licensure restriction.

This group is designed to help Black women confront their obstacles to reclaim their sensual selves through communal healing and holistic healing modalities.
This will be a therapeutic group will meet for 90 minutes weekly virtually.

This group is held 2 times a year, in the Spring and Fall.

1. Submit an Interest Form
Prospective participants begin by completing a brief online interest form to share contact information, availability, and what they hope to gain from the group.2. Screening Interview (30 min)
Each applicant will participate in a short virtual screening interview with the facilitator. This conversation helps determine whether the group is a good clinical fit, ensures the participant feels aligned with the focus of the program, and confirms that their schedule allows for full commitment to all six weeks.3. Review Group Details and Expectations
During the screening process, participants will receive an overview of group structure, confidentiality guidelines, attendance expectations, and the commitment required for a closed therapeutic circle.4. Consent and Enrollment Paperwork
Accepted participants will review and sign all required forms, including the group consent agreement, confidentiality policies, and program guidelines.5. Secure Your Spot
To finalize enrollment, participants will provide financial information to keep a card on file and complete payment according to the selected payment option.6. Welcome to the Circle
Once paperwork and payment are completed, participants will receive a welcome email with group details, virtual meeting information, and everything needed to begin the six-week journey.
