• STEP 1: The process begins with completing an interest form. After, you’ll be invited to schedule a free 15-minute virtual consultation to ask questions, learn more about the intensive, and determine if this is the right fit for both you and your partner.

• STEP 2: If aligned, we’ll schedule a 90-minute virtual intake session where we take a deeper look at your relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and intimacy concerns. This session allows me to assess your needs and thoughtfully develop a personalized plan for your intensive.

• STEP 3: Your in-home intensive will then be scheduled, requiring two uninterrupted days in your home.

• STEP 4: Day one includes two 3-hour sessions, focused on building emotional safety, strengthening communication skills, navigating conflict, and engaging in guided body-based and creative exercises.

• STEP 5: Day two includes one 3-hour session, centered on integration, deeper connection, and applying what you’ve learned in a sustainable way.

• STEP 5: Following the intensive, you’ll receive a customized action plan, along with binders that include resources, exercises, and worksheets to support continued growth.

• STEP 6: About one month later, we’ll reconnect for a 90-minute follow-up session to check in on your progress, address any challenges, and reinforce the tools needed to maintain your connection.

I am based in Las Vegas and offer in-home intensives locally. Travel to other cities are available for an additional travel and accommodation fee, which will be determined based on distance.

I may also periodically announce select cities I’ll be visiting, where travel fees may be reduced. Cities frequented regularly are Chicago, and Los Angeles.
